Overview

ABOUT THE ROLE....

As the Global Digital Manager, your role is to develop, deliver and present best in class digital solutions for our global clients, and help them in their digital transformation.

Digital solutions are both short term (e.g. campaign digital strategy and platform guidebooks) and medium/long term (e.g. digital business development/ transformation and both cross-brands and brand dedicated). You will be an integral part of the client servicing team, directly leading digital conversations with senior global clients, working across 2 global FMCG clients, 1 of them a recent Power of One win.

Clients are looking to us for our expertise to accelerate their digital efforts. Your role involves collaborating with our coordination team to deliver best practices and innovative solutions to local market teams, while also supporting the digital activation hub with the latest insights and thought leadership.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE WORK....

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive global digital marketing strategies. This includes best practice guidebook across various channels such as social media, programmatic advertising, online video and influencers, as well as supporting the creative agency on formats that drive best performance in media
  • Global Partnership coordination Ensure global JBP partnership commitments are met and establish strong working relationships with global partners to drive best practices and innovation
  • Regional Coordination: Work collaboratively with local market teams to support them with digital toolkits and strategic guidance, ensuring consistent execution of global strategies across all regions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of digital marketing efforts by defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and collecting feedback from local teams to facilitate ongoing optimization.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Advocate for best practices in digital content and platforms, and explore opportunities to drive innovation and enhance customer experiences.
Qualifications

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED....

  • Digital Strategy experience from digital or media agencies in a client facing role (client-side digital roles also applicable)
  • Client Management experience
  • Strong Written and Oral Presentation skills (this will be a client facing role)
  • Strong understanding/ practical experience of the digital landscape: platforms features and connections (e.g. DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ads manager) as well as digital audiences (1st, 2nd and 3rd party data signals, contextual capabilities)
  • Global (CPG) experience preferred but not essential
