Job summary

DPD Group UK is seeking an International Commercial Advisor to support Sales & CRM teams with international information and insights. You will represent the full range of DPD Group's international offerings, producing reports to monitor growth of strategic customers and assisting external customers with products, services and industry knowledge.

In this role you will manage inbound and outbound emails, ensure a 24-hour SLA for department queries, and prepare stats for reviews and presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales or customer service environments.
• Experience in international distribution or supply chain is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Check reports and statistics for international strategic customers.
• Update customers on international service alerts and notices.
• Handle inbound and outbound emails, resolving inquiries and providing solutions.
