DPD UK is seeking an International Commercial Advisor to provide international information and advice for internal Sales & CRM teams and support external customers with our products and services. You will generate reports for strategic customers and help deliver insights to drive growth across international accounts.

The role focuses on handling emails, supporting with industry changes, and maintaining strong stakeholder communication within a fast-paced logistics environment.

Responsabilidades

• Check over and send reports and stats to international strategic customers
• Update customers on international service alerts and notices
• Support external customers with products, services and industry changes
• Handle inbound/outbound emails, clarify information, research, resolve problems and provide solutions
• Ensure all emails are managed within a 24-hour service level agreement
• Update sales staff and external customers on country/service/product information
• Support international projects as required
• Prepare stats and data for reviews and presentations
• Deep dive into trends affecting performance and drive improvements with operations

• Contract Type: Permanent / 37.5 hours per week
• Salary: Up to £30,866.30 per annum DOE
• Location: Oldbury B69 4DA
• Days of Work: Monday - Friday
• Hours of Work: 9am - 5pm

Job Description

The International Commercial Advisor assists with providing international information and advice for internal Sales & CRM teams. They represent the entire range of DPD Groups International offering, producing reports to support and monitor the growth of our international strategic customers. They also will support external customers with our products and services or industry knowledge.

Key Tasks/Areas of Responsibility

• To check over and send reports and stats to our international strategic customers
• To update customers on international service alerts and notices
• Support external customers with products, services and industry changes
• To handle inbound and outbound emails, answering inquiries by clarifying desired information, researching, resolving problems, exploring options, providing solutions, locating and issuing information
• Ensure all emails that are received into the department are managed within an service level agreement of 24 hours
• Update sales personnel and external customers of any country, service, product, competitor information or presentation material
• As and when required, to support or to be involved in international projects
• Prepares and provides stats and data on international customers for reviews and presentations
• Deep dive into trends impacting performance and work with operational teams to drive improvements for strategic customers
• As and when to support with training, inductions and presenting international information to internal staff or customers
• Support with customer meetings with Sales & CRM teams as and when required

Key Measures of performance

• Agreed short term project KPIS
• Number of successfully handled emails
• Time keeping
• Strategic customer reports are issued daily before 4pm or by the agreed date / time.

Qualifications

About You

Ideally your career history will be able to evidence success within a telesales, customer services or target driven environment however this is not essential. It would also be advantageous if you have experience within an international distribution and/ or supply chain environment. You will also;

• Have excellent communication skills both verbally and written with the ability to work with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Have good organisational and time management skills with the ability to work well under pressure
• Strong administrative skills and computer literate
• Be enthusiastic, motivated, flexible and adaptable to change
