Job summary
DPD Group in Oldbury is recruiting for an International Commercial Advisor. The role supports internal Sales & CRM teams with international information, reports and customer guidance across DPD's international offering. You will handle inquiries, provide data, and assist with projects to grow our strategic customers.
Hours are 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday, as part of a permanent full-time contract. A busy, fast-paced environment with opportunities to progress and a comprehensive benefits package is
Qualifications
- Experience in telesales or customer service environments is preferred.
- Experience in international distribution or supply chain is advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Good administrative and computer literacy skills.
Responsibilities
- Check, send and update reports and statistics to international strategic customers.
- Inform customers about international service alerts and notices.
- Assist external customers with products, services and industry changes.
- Handle inbound/outbound emails, clarify information, and provide solutions.
- Ensure emails are managed within SLA of 24 hours.
- Update sales personnel and customers on country, service, product, or competitor information.
- Support international projects as required.
- Prepare and provide stats and data for reviews and presentations.
- Analyze trends and work with operations to improve performance for key customers.
- Assist with training and present international information to staff or customers.
- Support meetings with Sales & CRM teams as needed.
