Job summary

DPD Group in Birmingham is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a 6 month fixed term contract. You will assist customers regarding parcel collection and delivery, work with Drivers and Shift Managers, and take ownership to resolve issues in a fast paced operation.

Salary is up to £25,528.04 per annum DOE. Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:30, with occasional Saturdays (1 in 4). This role offers great benefits and progression in a values-led, inclusive team.

• Strong communication and a confident telephone manner.
• Polite, professional and willing to go the extra mile.
• Excellent administration skills with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Answer queries about delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Investigate missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes.
