Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer employee benefits programmes across international regions.
  • Oversee daily administration of benefits such as pensions, healthcare, life assurance.
  • Ensure accurate processing of enrolments, changes, and terminations.
  • Support annual renewals by reviewing provider proposals and preparing data.
  • Act as a key contact for providers, resolving service issues and monitoring performance.
