The Portfolio Group is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Glasgow to drive outbound prospecting and qualify opportunities for the BDM team. This onsite role offers a base salary of £27k–£30k with uncapped commissions and strong year-one OTE potential.

You will lead generation campaigns, set appointments with senior decision-makers, and work with the BDM to plan campaigns that accelerate growth, with clear KPI targets and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Execute outbound campaigns to business owners and senior professionals to introduce industry-leading services.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule high-quality sales opportunities and qualified meetings for the Business Development Managers.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate directly with your BDM to build and execute quarterly plans that maximize market penetration.
• Pipeline Management: Proactively source new leads, referrals, and data to build and maintain a healthy, accurate sales pipeline.
• Target Achievement: Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, consistently working towards daily and monthly KPIs.
