Perk seeks a German-speaking Senior Partner Manager (Strategic Partnerships) to build and scale its partner ecosystem across Europe, with a focus on DACH. This commercial role generates pipeline and revenue by recruiting partners, developing go-to-market strategies, and turning relationships into growth channels.

You will work with Sales and Marketing, managing partner relationships from outreach through launch, activation, and ongoing performance, while remaining focused on measurable results.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent German and fluent/near-native English
• Proven success in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or BD in SaaS/tech environments
• Experience with ERP/finance vendors and partner ecosystems

Aufgaben

• Identify, recruit, and develop partner networks across Europe with focus on DACH
• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets
• Create joint go-to-market strategies with partners and coordinate campaigns
• Lead partner conversations from outreach to business case, contracts, and launch
• Provide product knowledge and sales enablement to partners
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to route and convert partner-generated opportunities
• Set targets, forecast partner revenue, and continuously improve strategy
• Identify new partner models to accelerate growth and value for customers
