You will recruit, onboard, and enable strategic partners, turning relationships into repeatable revenue growth and a resilient pipeline.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and professional fluency in English.
• Proven success in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or business development in B2B tech.
• Experience with ERP and finance tech ecosystems and partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Build our partner ecosystem across Europe, with focus on DACH.
• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue growth.
• Create joint go-to-market strategies with priority partners.
• Lead partner conversations from outreach through contract and launch.
• Enable partners with product knowledge, training, and sales materials.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to route and convert partner-generated opportunities.
• Set targets, forecast pipeline, and continuously improve partnerships.
