Job summary

Perk is seeking a German-speaking Senior Partner Manager to build and scale its partner ecosystem across Europe, with a strong emphasis on the DACH region. You will recruit partners, develop joint GTM plans, and manage end-to-end partner relationships from outreach to revenue delivery.

You’ll work closely with Sales and Marketing to ensure a healthy pipeline, own partner performance metrics, and continuously optimize the partnership program for measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• German language at native or near-native level; professional English fluency.
• Proven success in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or business development in B2B tech environments (SaaS/fintech/travel tech).
• Experience with ERP/finance tech ecosystems and their partner networks (e.g., Netsuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Sage, Xero, Datev).
• History of building partnerships that generate measurable sales pipeline and revenue against targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop high-potential partners across Europe, with focus on DACH.
• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets and revenue growth.
• Create joint go-to-market plans with priority partners across accounts, campaigns, events, referrals, and co-selling.
• Lead partner conversations from outreach through business case, contracting, launch, and growth.
• Activate partners with product knowledge, sales materials, training, and support.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to route and convert partner-generated opportunities.
• Set targets, forecast pipeline, measure performance, and continuously improve partnership strategy.
• Identify new partner models to accelerate growth and create value for customers.
