Job summary

Perk is seeking a German-speaking Senior Partner Manager to scale its partner ecosystem across Europe, with a focus on the DACH region. You will recruit partners, shape GTM strategies, and turn relationships into a growth channel.

Join a fast-growing SaaS/travel tech business with a hybrid in-person policy; you’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product, travel across Europe, and help unlock measurable revenue.

Qualifications

• Native or near‑native German with professional English fluency.
• Proven success in partnerships, alliances, or channel sales in SaaS/tech.
• Experience with ERP/finance tech ecosystems and partner networks.
• History of delivering measurable pipeline and revenue against targets.
• Ability to build new partner strategies and GTM motions from scratch.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management.Willingness to travel across Europe.
• Based within commuting distance of our hub.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop high‑potential partners across Europe, especially DACH.
• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
• Create joint GTM plans with partners and coordinate campaigns and co-selling.
• Lead partner conversations from outreach to contracts and launches.
• Provide product knowledge and sales enablement to partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product to route opportunities.
• Set targets, forecast pipeline, and continuously optimize strategy.
• Spot new partner models to accelerate growth.
