Job summary

Perk is seeking a German-speaking Senior Partner Manager to build and scale our partner ecosystem across Europe, with a focus on the DACH region. This commercial role aims to generate qualified sales pipeline and revenue for Perk.

You will recruit partners, develop joint go-to-market strategies, and manage relationships from outreach through activation and ongoing growth. Collaboration with Sales and Marketing is essential, with a data-driven approach to performance and playbook optimization.

Qualifications

• German and English proficiency required.
• Proven success in partnerships or channel sales in SaaS/tech environments.
• Experience with ERP/finance ecosystems and partner networks.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop European partners, especially DACH.
• Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline targets and revenue.
• Create joint GTM strategies with partners across target accounts and campaigns.
• Lead partner conversations from outreach to contracts and growth.
• Provide partners with product knowledge, sales materials, and training.
