Perk, the intelligent platform for travel and spend management, is seeking a German-speaking Senior Partner Manager (Strategic Partnerships) to build and scale our European partner ecosystem, with a focus on DACH. Qualifications
- German language proficiency at native or near-native level and English professional fluency.
- Proven success in partnerships or channel sales in SaaS/tech.
- Experience with ERP/finance tech ecosystems and partner networks.
- Ability to build new partnerships and GTM motions from scratch.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and develop high-potential partners across Europe, focusing on DACH.
- Own partner pipeline and revenue targets.
- Create joint GTM strategies with priority partners.
- Lead partner conversations from outreach to negotiations and launch.
- Provide product knowledge, materials, and training to partners.
- Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to route opportunities.
- Set targets, forecast pipeline, and improve strategy.
- Identify new partner models to accelerate growth.
