Qualifications

• Fluent German and English required.
• Experience in customer service or client services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Comfort handling inquiries via phone and email.
• Experience with CRM/ERP or customer management systems.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Well organised with attention to detail.
• Experience supporting international customers (advantage).
• Experience with technical product enquiries or B2B/B2C (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email in German and English.
• Act as key contact for German-speaking and UK customers.
• Resolve queries, complaints and service issues professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain accurate customer records in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure queries are resolved efficiently.
• Support reporting and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
• Provide a consistently high standard of customer service.
