Qualifications

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential.
• Previous experience in customer service or in an administrative role needed.

• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and in person.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, recording all details.
