Origin Multilingual is seeking a German Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our healthcare client services team in Cambridge. This is a full-time role offering hybrid working with mostly remote duties and occasional office presence.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, take orders, build rapport with customers, and demonstrate product knowledge across ranges. Fluency in German and customer service experience are highly valued.

Location: Cambridge (Remote and 1 x per month in the Office)

Salary: £27,350 per year

Key Purpose

The representative will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis to ensure a top-quality service for existing and new customers. You will be in charge of adding value to each customer who calls as well as having strong product knowledge.

• A professional approach with the ability to build rapport with each customer
• Demonstrating extensive knowledge on all product ranges

Personal Specification

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
• Customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• Self-motivated, with a 'can do' attitude
• Attention to detail with a high level of communication skills is essential
• German Fluent speaker
• A passion to deliver the highest quality for our client's customers
