Job summary

Office Angels in Guildford is seeking two German-speaking Customer Service Executives to join a busy team. The role offers hybrid working with free onsite parking and a permanent, full-time schedule from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

The successful candidates will handle German and UK customer inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and maintain customer records, contributing to a high standard of service across Europe.

Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken German.
• Experience in customer service or client services.
• Excellent communication with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Proficiency in CRM, ERP, or customer management systems.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
• Act as the primary contact for German and UK customers, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
• Identify and assess customer needs, providing accurate information and solutions.
• Resolve queries, complaints, and service issues efficiently and professionally.
• Build strong relationships to maintain the organisation's reputation for customer care.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and account activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution of enquiries.
• Communicate confidently with contacts at all levels, including mid and senior management.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
• Represent the organisation positively in every customer interaction.
