Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in a customer service or coordination role in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Experience with sales order processing and SAP.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries in German and English via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
• Process customer orders and manage any changes or updates efficiently.
• Organise delivery of goods for all orders and communicate with transport companies and warehouse team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage multiple orders and ensure deliveries are on time.
• Provide product information and support to customers as required.
• Handle complaints professionally, aiming for quick and effective resolutions.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
• Assist in improving processes to enhance the customer service experience.
