Michael Page is recruiting a German-speaking Customer Service Coordinator for our Blackburn office. You will respond to inquiries in German and English, process orders and coordinate deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate communication with customers.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern (two days at home per week), a salary between £30,000 and £35,000, and annual bonus potential, with clear opportunities for career development in the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in a customer service or coordination role in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Experience with sales order processing and SAP.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités
