Michael Page is seeking a German and Polish speaking Sales Coordinator based in Blackburn. You will handle customer queries, process orders, and support the sales team to ensure smooth operations in the industrial/manufacturing sector.

The role offers a salary of £30,000-£35,000 with an annual bonus, and a hybrid working pattern (3 days in the office, 2 from home) for a permanent position in Blackburn.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German, Polish and English.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or sales support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritise.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive in problem-solving and process improvement.
• Based in Blackburn or willing to commute.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries in German, Polish, and English, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
• Process customer orders including sales order processing, logistics and invoicing.
• Provide support to the sales team, helping with administrative tasks and coordination.
• Liaise with 3rd party supplier to ensure that products are delivered on time.
• Resolve customer issues by liaising with relevant departments and ensuring timely solutions.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, ensuring all details are up to date.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and analysing data as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to customers.
• Contribute to improving processes within the customer service department.
