Job summary

Michael Page in Blackburn is seeking a German and Polish speaking Sales Coordinator to support the sales team within the property sector. You will handle customer queries, process orders, liaise with suppliers, and assist in accurate invoicing and timely deliveries.

This permanent role offers hybrid working with three days in the office and two from home, a salary of £30,000–£35,000 depending on experience, and an annual bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• German, Polish and English fluency required.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in customer service or sales support.
• Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries in German, Polish, and English, ensuring prompt and accurate communication.
• Process customer orders including sales order processing, logistics and invoicing.
• Provide support to the sales team with administrative tasks and coordination.
• Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Resolve customer issues with relevant departments and timely solutions.
• Monitor and manage customer accounts, updating details as needed.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and analysing data.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.
• Contribute to improving processes within the customer service department.
