Confidential in Blackburn is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Coordinator to support customers in German and English. The role involves order processing, coordinating deliveries, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. Hybrid work includes 2 days at home per week.

The ideal candidate speaks German and English fluently, has experience in industrial/manufacturing sectors, and is proficient with SAP, CRM, and MS Office.

Formación

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service or coordination roles, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Experience with sales order processing and SAP usage.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer enquiries in German and English via phone and email, ensuring timely communication.
• Process customer orders and manage changes or updates efficiently.
• Organise delivery of goods and communicate with transport companies and warehouse team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage multiple orders and ensure on-time deliveries.
• Provide product information and support to customers as required.
• Handle complaints professionally, aiming for quick and effective resolutions.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
• Assist in improving processes to enhance the customer service experience.
