Ruth Wagstaff Recruitment is recruiting a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor for a Nottingham-based, global manufacturing business. You will support German-speaking customers from enquiry through to order fulfilment, coordinating with sales and manufacturing to ensure smooth order processing.

The role focuses on quotations, order management, and resolving customer queries while maintaining accurate data in SAP.

Qualificações

• German language proficiency (written and spoken) required.
• At least 2 years’ B2B customer service or order management experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce or similar ERP/CRM systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support German-speaking customers from enquiry to order fulfilment.
• Prepare and issue customer quotations.
• Follow up quotations and support growth opportunities.
• Process customer orders and maintain SAP data.
• Conduct contract reviews to confirm requirements.
• Provide product and order information to customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Process customer returns.
• Work with Finance to resolve credit and invoice queries.
• Maintain accurate customer data in ERP/CRM.
