Job summary

bp pulse is seeking a Customer Care Advisor with German to be the primary contact for customers, providing exceptional support in English and German across phone, email and chat channels.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken) essential.
• French is a bonus
• Proven experience in a customer-facing role with strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage workload prioritization and time effectively.
• Experience in conflict management and de-escalation techniques.
• Understanding of customer experience principles and value proposition.
• Awareness of sustainability concepts in business context.
