Job summary

Advocate Group is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative in the United Kingdom to deliver top-tier service across multiple channels. You will work with Ecommerce, Finance, Product, and Logistics to ensure smooth order processing and warranty handling.

In this fast-paced role, you will respond to customer inquiries, manage pre- and post-order questions, and support cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Ecommerce, Finance, Product, and Logistics to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Handle customer queries across phone, email, and other channels in line with KPIs.
• Respond to pre-order questions on product specs and availability.
• Manage post-order queries including payment, delivery, stock and invoicing.
• Process warranties, returns and credits accurately.
• Monitor orders across multiple systems and ensure smooth processing.
• Perform daily fraud and order checks and flag issues.
• Use multiple systems to manage queries and workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
