Job summary

Lonza in Manchester is seeking an HR Services Advisor (French Speaking) to join our HR team on a 12-month FTC. The role supports hired managers and employees with end-to-end HR inquiries in a fast-paced environment, with hybrid working (2 days onsite, 3 days WFH).

You will work across HR and payroll systems, advocate for a superior employee and stakeholder experience, and ensure timely, accurate information delivery in both French and English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French and English is essential with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience in HR operations, employee services, or HR administration in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to handle HR requests end-to-end with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for service related HR queries for hiring managers and employees, end-to-end handling.
• Provide best-in-class customer service, resolving queries quickly and professionally.
• Use HR and Payroll systems to support resolution of customer queries.
• Share feedback to process owners and suggest HR technology improvements.
• Monitor quality of transactional HR work and HR metrics.
• Initiate changes in Workday as defined by process.
