Job summary

French Selection UK in London is seeking a German and Dutch speaking Customer Service Advisor. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service to the German and Dutch market while providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email and in-person interactions, build strong client relationships and coordinate cases with labs and clinics worldwide. The salary is 35,000 per annum with great benefits.

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and Dutch (written and spoken).
• Experience in customer service is desirable but not required.
• Proactive with ability to use initiative and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
• Respond to customer enquiries, resolve queries and provide product advice.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring a positive experience.
• Coordinate cases from initial instruction through to completion liaising with clients, laboratories and medical clinics worldwide.
• Manage sample shipments, prepare and fulfil orders / samples.
• Provide administrative support and general office duties.
• Contribute to sales targets and the smooth running of the department.
