French Selection UK in Feltham is looking for a bilingual Inside Sales Executive to manage and grow DACH accounts from their Feltham office. The role combines sales activities with customer support, requiring precise quoting and timely order processing.

You will quote and negotiate pricing, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain regular contact with customers to secure orders. The position offers hybrid work after training and a salary up to £34,000 plus bonus and benefits.

Formación

• Fluency in German or a European language (written and spoken) highly desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop customer accounts within assigned territories.
• Quote and negotiate pricing as well as process customer orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain regular communication with customers to secure orders and provide support.
• Support Business Development Managers in driving growth with existing accounts.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels based on forecasts and customer demand.
• Handle returns and resolve customer issues while maintaining satisfaction.
