Job summary

Sovos is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative in the United Kingdom and Portugal. You will connect with potential customers, qualify leads, and collaborate with Account Executives to build pipeline. This role blends sales and marketing, using AI-assisted workflows and modern tools to drive opportunities.

Strong English and German, plus a Bachelor's or equivalent, are required. You will participate in a formal BD process, meet activity targets, and contribute to refining

Qualifications

• Fluent in German and English with strong communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business development or sales.
• Proven track record meeting monthly quotas in a BD or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop sales opportunities while meeting activity targets.
• Qualify inbound leads and hand off high-quality opportunities to Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Account Executives on territory plans and pipeline development.
• Participate in a formal BD process with consistent, creative outreach.
• Contribute to improvements in BD strategies, documents and tools with data insights.
