You will build relationships across client teams, translate business priorities into actions, and collaborate with internal partners for maximum outcomes. Fluency in English and German is required, with 6+ months of relevant experience. This is a fast-paced role in a global team with strong development opportunities.

Formación

• Must be fluent in English and German.
• 6+ months relevant professional or internship experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage relationships with a range of clients from C-level to staff.
• Introduce Gartner services and communicate value to decision makers.
• Facilitate client calls, understand priorities, and propose actions.
• Collaborate with internal partners to maximize client value.
• Conduct regular reviews of client book of business and engagement metrics.
