Job summary

Gartner is seeking an Associate in Client Success to onboard new clients, demonstrate value of Gartner services, and drive engagement across large client teams. You will work with a range of client stakeholders, including IT, HR, and Finance, to surface priorities and align Gartner resources to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Fluency in Swedish and English at business level is required, with a preferred bachelor's degree and at least 6 months of related experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Swedish and English at business level.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; 6+ months relevant professional/internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients ranging from senior C-levels to IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales to ensure successful use of Gartner subscription.
• Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to prospective & new clients, account management or connect clients with Gartner expert community.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to achieve priorities and maximize ROI of Gartner membership.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery and share best practices.
• Leverage insights and metrics to drive continuous client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
