Job summary

Gartner is seeking a client services professional to partner with executives and practitioners across IT, HR, supply chain and other practices in the UK. You will introduce Gartner services, manage accounts and connect clients with experts to maximise their subscription value.

The role focuses on aligning priorities with Gartner resources, driving client satisfaction and growth through data-driven engagement and collaborative problem solving across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English at business level.
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months relevant experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Sales to ensure Gartner subscriptions are successful.
• Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to prospective & new clients, account management or connecting clients with the Gartner expert community.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner's resources to provide best in class service that enables clients to achieve their priorities and maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner stakeholders to drive service delivery & design innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Leverage insights & metrics to drive continuous client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
