Job summary

WGSN is seeking a Client Success Specialist for our London office to ensure clients understand and gain value from our product portfolio. You will work with the Account Management team to drive adoption and retention while spotting upsell opportunities.

Fluency in English and German is essential, and the role requires rights to work in the UK. A dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborative culture await in our multi-language team based in London.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and German is essential.
• Truly exceptional customer service experience is preferred, ideally in fashion.
• Comfort handling a high volume of calls and emails daily.
• Experience with Microsoft/Google suite is essential; Salesforce preferable.

Responsibilities

• Exceed KPI targets aimed at increasing user engagement with our services.
• Follow our Customer Journeys for Onboarding, Maintain, Growth and Rescue to maintain and grow relationships.
• Follow up on all customer requests promptly.
• Arrange and deliver interactive workshops tailored to client needs.
• Partner with the Account Manager to create growth and rescue plans.
• Stay up to date with our product range and be an expert across offerings.
• Monitor active user reports to identify opportunities within and beyond the current base.
