Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Associate to onboard clients, surface business priorities, and drive engagement with Gartner services. You will work with stakeholders to connect clients with Gartner experts and ensure value beyond their investment.

As part of a hybrid environment, you will collaborate with teams across IT, HR, finance and other practices to deliver results, delight clients, and promote growth while leveraging Gartner's analytics and resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months relevant experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients and delivering value.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills.
• Ability to use German (Reading, Writing and Speaking) at business or native level.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients ranging from C-level to IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Sales to ensure Gartner subscription success.
• Deliver value to decision makers and drive growth by supporting clients through a service team.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximize ROI on memberships.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery and design innovative solutions.
• Leverage insights and metrics to drive client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth.
