German Customer Service Representative - (Hybrid, mostly remote)

Location: Cambridge (Remote and 1x per month in the Office)

Client Profile:

Multilingual is proud to announce we are searching for a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an industry leader in the healthcare industry. This opportunity is offered on a full-time and permanent basis.

Key Purpose

The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls daily to ensure top-quality service for existing and new customers. You will add value to each customer interaction and possess strong product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering calls from existing and new customers
• Proactively addressing all queries related to the business
• Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls
• Managing email queries
• Building rapport with each customer through a professional approach
• Demonstrating extensive knowledge of all product ranges
• Handling calls from B2B and B2C customers

Personal Specification

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role (not essential)
• Customer service experience (not essential)
• Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Attention to detail and high communication skills
• Fluent German
• Computer literacy
• A passion for delivering high-quality service to customers

Shift Options:

Shift 1 - 5-week rotation (Late Sat) - £26,575

• Week 1: Mon-Fri, 07:00 – 15:15
• Week 2: Mon-Thu, 07:30 – 15:45; Sat, 11:45 – 20:00
• Week 3: Mon-Fri, 11:00 – 19:15
• Week 4: Mon-Thu, 08:00 – 16:15; Sat, 09:45 – 18:00
• Week 5: Mon-Fri, 11:45 – 20:00

Shift 2 - 5-week rotation (Standard) £26,500

• Week 1: Mon-Fri, 07:00 – 15:15 UK Time
• Week 2: Mon-Thu, 07:30 – 15:45 UK Time; Sat, 07:30 – 15:45 UK Time
• Week 3: Mon-Fri, 11:00 – 19:15 UK Time
• Week 4: Mon-Thu, 08:00 – 16:15 UK Time; Sat, 08:00 – 16:15 UK Time
