German Customer Service Representative - (Hybrid, mostly remote)
Location: Cambridge (Remote and 1 x per month in the Office)
Client Profile: Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a German Speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an industry leader in the healthcare industry. This opportunity is offered on a full-time and permanent basis.
Key Purpose:
The representative will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis to ensure a top-quality service for existing and new customers. You will be in charge of adding value to each customer who calls as well as having strong product knowledge.

The successful candidate for the position will have the following competences:
Working Hours:
Week 1: Monday to Friday. 07:00 – 15:15
Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 07:30 – 15:45 and Saturday 11:45 – 20:00
Week 3: Monday to Friday. 11:00 – 19:15
Week 4: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. 08:00 – 16:15 and Saturday 09:45 - 18:00
Week 5: Monday to Friday. 11:45 – 20:00
