German Customer Service Representative - (Hybrid, mostly remote)

Location: Leeds (Remote and 1x per month in the Office)

Client Profile:

Origin Multilingual is proud to announce that we are searching for a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an industry leader in the healthcare industry. This opportunity is offered on a full-time and permanent basis.

Key Purpose:

The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls daily to ensure top-quality service for existing and new customers. You will add value to each customer interaction and possess strong product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering calls from existing and new customers
• Proactively handling all queries related to the business
• Taking orders and bookings via external and internal calls
• Maintaining a professional approach and building rapport with each customer
• Demonstrating extensive knowledge of all product ranges
• Facilitating calls from B2B and B2C

Personal Specification:

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
• Customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
• Self-motivation and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Attention to detail and high communication skills
• A passion for delivering high-quality service

Work Schedule:

• Week 1: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 15:15
• Week 2: Mon-Thu 07:30 – 15:45, Sat 11:45 – 20:00
• Week 3: Mon-Fri 11:00 – 19:15
• Week 4: Mon-Thu 08:00 – 16:15, Sat 09:45 – 18:00
• Week 5: Mon-Fri 11:45 – 20:00
