You'll be welcomed into a team committed to helping students "climb the mountain" academically and personally, with a curriculum designed to make pupils into confident, curious global citizens.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver engaging and effective Geography lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with well-planned sequences that help pupils know and remember more about the world around them.

  • Inspire learners to explore physical and human geography, sustainability, environments and global issues, linking classroom concepts to real-world contexts.

  • Support students of all abilities to deepen their understanding through high-quality teaching, rich questioning and purposeful feedback.

  • Work collaboratively within the Humanities department, planning, assessing and sharing effective practice.

Who We're Looking For

  • Someone confident, adaptable and ready to join a strong team to deliver excellent learning every day.

  • A practitioner who values positive behaviour, clear routines and relationships that help students achieve more than they thought possible.

Why You'll Enjoy Working Here
  • A culture built on positive relationships, mutual respect and high aspirations for all students.

  • A world-class, knowledge-rich curriculum that supports great teaching and learning.

  • A welcoming, collaborative Humanities team where contribution and ideas are valued.

  • Students who are encouraged to think critically about their place in the world and their impact on people and environments.
