Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide daily leadership support to the deputy management and supervisory team.
  • Driving performance of the full team by ensuring that all performance management processes and ways of working are being adhered to and that an annual L&D plan is in place for all.
  • Regularly review the business performance and take appropriate remedial action in conjunction with the relevant team members.
  • In conjunction with the store owner, develop an annual commercial plan with realistic targets and clear strategic initiatives that will support the achievement of the targets.
  • Set and role model operational standards including customer experience, for the store and its people.
  • Flexibility to support the duty management function at key times.
