This position offers a basic salary of £45,000 - £50,000 with uncapped earnings potential up to £70,000.

Silcom Recruitment is excited to be supporting a successful main dealership based in Oxford, seeking an experienced and driven General Sales Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Oversee the full day-to-day operation of the sales department.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of six Sales Executives and two Sales Controllers.
• Drive performance to achieve sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
• Uphold brand standards, compliance expectations, and a consistent sales process.
• Previous experience as a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager within the motor trade is essential.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Package

£45,000 - £50,000 basic salary, on target earnings of £70,000 uncapped.

Monday to Saturday, 8:00am - 6:00pm – no Sundays. Day off in the week with one late night (Tuesday or Thursday).
