Job Description:

Applications are invited for a Consultant Radiologist to join a friendly and cohesive team of radiologists with diverse expertise in a busy department and a strong record in teaching, training, and research.

The applicant would be expected to join existing radiologists in their areas of specialist interest, as well as providing cover for an expanding general diagnostic radiology service and emergency radiology cover, including a major trauma service for the Trust. The posts will attract 10 PAs.

In addition to specialist lists, the posts may include general diagnostic sessions in CT and ultrasound, contributing to evening list coverage with time off in lieu.

The post-holders will participate in a full-time diagnostic on-call rota (approximately 1:12 currently), involving weekend sessions in CT when on-call or when at full complement, with regular sessional reporting on weekends on a rotational basis.

Requirements:
- Full GMC registration
- EU passport or right to work in UK
- Previous NHS experience (helpful but not essential)
- CT & MR reporting experience
