A community health service provider in Camberley is seeking a General Practitioner for maternity leave cover. The post-holder will provide high-quality patient care, manage consultations, and lead care plans in a collaborative team environment. Experience as a qualified GP with strong communication skills is required. Offers competitive benefits and a supportive work culture.
The post-holder will undertake a variety of duties, including surgery consultations with a mixture of telephone or face to face, home visits, checking and signing prescriptions, dealing with queries, paperwork and correspondence in a timely manner.
Contribute to successful implementation of continuous improvement and quality initiatives within the practice.

We are a well-established practice with a patient list of approximately 9,800.Our teamincludes 4 Partners, 3 Salaried GPs, an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, 2 ClinicalPharmacists, a Pharmacy Technician, a dedicated Nursing team, a supportiveManagement team, and an excellent Admin/Reception staff.
As a trainingpractice, we host an in-house educational session every 5 weeks and activelyparticipate in the quarterly Surrey Heath Educational Day (SHED). Clinicalstaff are entitled to one week of study leave per year, pro-rata.
We hold dailyreferrals meetings as well as a mid-morning coffee and clinical discussionsmeeting. Our practice works collaboratively with the Primary Care Network andneighbouring practices.
