Job description

We have an exciting opportunity for a General Practitioner to join our Primary Care team at HMP Altcourse, Category B men's prison and young offenders institution based in the Fazakerley in Liverpool, Merseyside. Ideal applicants would be experienced general practitioners who have previously prescribed for and supported patients with substance misuse needs. HMP Altcourse is a fast paced environment; you will be working closely with a full multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality patient care.

Hours

• 8am‑9pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday
• 2pm‑6pm Saturday

This position is part‑time working a number of sessions; you'll receive an annual salary between £114,763 and £125,135 per annum FTE, depending on experience.
