Responsibilities
  • Works collaboratively and acts as an effective member of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Contributes to the maintenance of a physically, culturally, and psycho socially safe environment for healthcare consumers and staff, modifying work practices where necessary to meet the needs of clients and the work setting.
  • Demonstrate NTH values - safe; responsive; kind - in all decision-making and interactions with consumers and colleagues.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture through role modelling appropriate behaviour.
  • Follows defined service quality standards, Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken in order to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
  • Capacity to work shift work and be redeployed to other clinical areas to meet clinical needs.
