Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of the company's operations to achieve business objectives and educational excellence.
  • Manage and inspire a multidisciplinary team, fostering close collaboration between administrative and training staff.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align educational priorities with sustainable business growth.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain exceptional training quality in line with regulatory requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with students, staff, regulatory authorities, and industry partners to enhance programme quality and reputation.
Key Qualifications
  • Proven leadership track record in a professional training environment, technical services company, higher education college or university.
  • Strong business management skills with financial P&L awareness.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience developing or overseeing high‑quality curriculum or training programmes.
  • Programme and change management expertise.
Employment Details

Salary: £130,000 – £170,000 + bonus/benefits (guide). Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Duration: Permanent. Location: Gloucester. Closing date: 13th December 2025.
