Cosy Club Swansea is looking for a passionate General Manager to oversee a new opening. You’ll lead from the front, shaping the guest experience across the site and ensuring exceptional service from brunch to dinner.

The wait is well and truly over, Cosy Club is coming to Swansea! We're opening our stunning site this Autumn and are on the hunt for a passionate General Manager to make this new opening incredible!

As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £58,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £48,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £6k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
