Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring an Assistant Manager for Cosy Club Chester to lead and inspire a welcoming team in a lively hospitality setting. You’ll ensure seamless service, manage shifts, and uphold standards that turn guests into regulars.

You’ll benefit from overtime opportunities, a potential up-to £3k annual bonus on top of base pay, meals on duty, and generous staff discounts from day one across our brands, plus two days off each week.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality supervisory role preferred.
• Strong customer service and team-lead skills.
• Ability to manage busy service periods while maintaining standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house operations and service quality.
• Supervise staff rosters and training.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and Address issues promptly.
• Maintain brand standards and a welcoming atmosphere.
