Cosy Club Basingstoke is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the team, uphold service standards, and support the General Manager in daily operations.

You will help develop staff, manage guest experiences, and contribute to our hospitality culture, with development opportunities to progress to General Manager.

Job description

Our Assistant General Managers act as a role model to our Cosy Clubbers and can spot when your attention is required from the corner of your eye and act on it. Working with us, you could earn in the region of circa £46,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £38,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £8.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £3.5k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
