Job summary

Cosy Club Guildford, part of Loungers plc, seeks a passionate General Manager to lead daily operations, guest experiences and team performance across the site.

You could earn a total package around £58,000 per year, comprising base up to £48,000, tronc £6.5k–£9.5k, and a bonus up to £6k, with overtime paid and a focus on work‑life balance. Benefits include staff discounts, Wagestream pay flexibility and staff events.

• Lead daily operations across the site and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and develop the team, drive performance and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee financials, scheduling, compliance and health & safety.
• Deliver a warm welcome and maintaining a high standard of service.

As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £58,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £48,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £9.5k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £6k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
