Job summary

Cosy Club Nottingham is seeking a talented General Manager to lead our flagship site. You will be responsible for delivering memorable hospitality, managing guest experiences, and driving a cohesive team across three floors and dining rooms.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and a clear focus on service standards. The package includes a base salary up to £60,000, a Tronc share estimated between £6.5k–£10k, and a bonus potential of up to £9k, with overtime pay and extensive staff

As one of our General Managers, you could earn in the region of circa £72,000 per year:

• Base Salary: Up to £60,000 per year depending on experience
• Tronc: Estimated between £6.5k - £10k annually. Our tips are shared equally across the team based on hours worked.
• Bonus: Up to £9k additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay: Get paid for any hours worked beyond your contracted hours at your normal hourly rate - no pre-approval required.
